Electricity and permanent magnet are used in parallel, and electricity is
supplied momentarily when ON and OFF, and adsorption is performed by
the power of permanent magnet during processing.
As electricity is instantaneously supplied only when ON and OFF, there is no
change in the precision of the processed object due to the COIL heat conduction
When processing, power supply and non-power supply are used at the
same time, and even if there is a power outage during processing, the
product being processed can be processed without any problem.
The permanent/electromagnetic chuck is designed semi-permanently and
energy and maintenance costs are reduced.
