Scrap magnets use strong power to completely retrieve, transport and organize
scrap iron from slabs, ingots, foundry and forging factories, compressed scrap
iron, cranes, steel mills, loading docks, knuckle crane truck, industrial waste
treatment plants, recycled scrap metal, garbage incinerators, and worksites.
The toothed magnet rotates left and right on piled up objects such as foundry
sand, soil, coal, and feed, dispersing the object with the teeth to perfectly
recover the iron piece.
Features
It is designed to maximize the strength of magnetic force and minimize power
consumption. In order to maximize the magnetic force, our company has
researched and developed the magnetization method on the lower plate of
the magnet and obtained a patent (Design No. 30-0932322). Various processes
of moving, turning, and collecting more pieces of steel can be performed
using a powerful scrap magnet. Power is supplied by land electricity, batteries
and generators. And if you work (ON, OFF) with the magnetic jack developed
in-house (Design No. 30-0689860), there is no risk of electric shock, it is not
easily damaged, and it is safe.
